2026 New York State Association of School Psychologists Conference

Refunds will be allowed up to two weeks prior to the conference. If you paid by credit card, credit card processing fees will be deducted from the amount refunded. If you need to cancel your registration, NYASP will need to be notified by 10/22/26 in order for a refund to be issued. Please email conference@nyasp.org with any questions.

If you paid for your conference registration with a Purchase Order: NYASP requires receipt of payment on purchase orders within 30 days of the conference. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the conference attendee will be personally responsible for providing payment.
