Cait is a passionate school psychologist and theatre professional whose work bridges psychology and educational theatre to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. After spending a decade working simultaneously as a full-time school psychologist and high school theatre program director, she continues to integrate these fields through applied practice, training, and consultation. She is also an adjunct professor of psychology at Stevens Institute of Technology.
