Karry brings over 30 years of experience in public education, specializing in special education, Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), behavior management, and systems alignment. She spent a decade teaching in various elementary positions before transitioning into leadership, where she served more than 20 years as elementary principal, director of special education services, and assistant superintendent in a small city school district in upstate NY. Most recently, Karry has expanded her work into educational consulting across various states, collaborating with districts to design and deliver professional development for special education providers, strengthen special education compliance, build sustainable MTSS systems that improve student outcomes and leadership mentorship and coaching.
