3  Ethics Hours

Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by his/her licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal. Please note: You must attend "live" (in real-time) for the duration of the training to earn CE credits.

Before the event, you will receive access to your "attendee dashboard" link, hosted on the CE-Go website. This link will be sent to the email account you used to register for the event.

Upon accessing the CE-Go "attendee dashboard", you will be able to:

  • Complete evaluation forms for the event
  • Complete a summary evaluation form at the conclusion of the event
  • Download your continuing education certificate in a PDF format

APA, NYS, and NASP approved continuing education credits (CPD) are available at NYASP with attendance being tracked through use of verification codes. If you are interested in obtaining CE or CPD credits, you need to stay for the entire session in order to obtain the verification code. Once the session is over, you will be asked to enter the verification code in your attendee dashboard in order to access and complete the session evaluation form. At the conclusion of the conference

Joint Accreditation
In support of improving patient care, CE Learning Systems is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
American Psychological Association
Continuing Education (CE) credits for psychologists are provided through the co-sponsorship of the American Psychological Association (APA) Office of Continuing Education in Psychology (CEP). The APA CEP office maintains responsibility for the content of the programs.
National Association of School Psychologists
NYASP Is approved to offer NASP CPD credits to individuals who attend webinars where NASP CPD is offered (NASP Approved Provider #1021). Attendees must be present for the entire presentation along with scanning in and scanning out of the presentation. Attendees must then complete the session evaluation form and the overall conference evaluation form both (on attendee dashboard). CPD certificates will be available for download on your attendee dashboard after completing these evaluations. Please note you must complete both the session evaluation and overall conference evaluation before CPD certificates are available for download.
New York Association of School Psychologists
Any sessions that are not NASP CPD sessions are available for New York Associaton of School Psychologists (NYASP) continuing education hours. Certificates of attendance will be available in your Dashboard and will list all sessions that you selected you attend. You can also track your attendance on your own for submission to outside agencies or organizations (e.g. for NCSP Category A credits: Attending Workshops, Conferences, In-service training, or Category H: Self Study) for webinars you attend live or recorded.

Refund

Full refunds will be allowed up to two weeks prior to the conference. If you need to cancel your registration, in order for a refund to be issued, please notify NYASP by 10/30/25. Please email conference@nyasp.org with any questions.

Ithaca Downtown Conference Center Sustainability Policy

With a stance toward sustainability, the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center has prohibited attendees from bringing single-use items (e.g., disposable coffee cups, disposable water bottles) into the facility. Given this policy, the NYASP Store will be selling reusable hot and cold beverage containers!
