Ithaca Downtown Conference Center Sustainability Policy
With a stance toward sustainability, the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center has prohibited attendees from bringing single-use items (e.g., disposable coffee cups, disposable water bottles) into the facility. Given this policy, the NYASP Store will be selling reusable hot and cold beverage containers!

Parking
Guests are encouraged to park in the Green Street parking garage (120 East Green Street). There is a dedicated sky bridge connecting the Green Street parking garage to the Ithaca Downtown Conference Center located on the 2nd floor of the parking garage. Parking fees are changed at $1.00 per hour, with a $10.00 daily maximum. Additional parking garages include Cayuga Street garage (235 S. Cayuga Steet) and Seneca/Tioga Street garage (215 N. Policies
Refund
Full refunds will be allowed up to two weeks prior to the conference. If you need to cancel your registration, in order for a refund to be issued, please notify NYASP by 10/30/25. Please email conference@nyasp.org with any questions.
Grievance

Purhcase Orders
If you paid for your conference registration with a Purchase Order: NYASP requires receipt of payment on purchase orders within 30 days of the conference. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the conference attendee will be personally responsible for providing payment.
